MCA Closers Exchange (MCA Closers, we, us) is operated by Enrichment Capital, LLC, a United States limited liability company. We run a private exchange through which merchant financing files are presented to member brokers, one broker at a time. We are not a lender and do not make offers of financing. Questions about this policy go to privacy@mcaclosers.com.
From visitors and seat applicants. When you request a seat we collect what you give us: your company, name, work email, phone, state, and your answers about your shop and the kind of files you want. We also collect ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through our hosting provider's logs.
From members. When a seat is approved we collect account details for the seat owner and each agent (name, email, authenticator enrolment), the signed seat agreement, every action taken in the portal (files viewed, taken, downloaded and the status marked on each), fundings reported, statements and payments. Activity in the portal is logged and retained; members are told this when they sign in.
From merchants. Our callers speak with business owners who ask about capital. With the merchant's agreement we collect the business name, contact details, the owner's name, the application and recent bank statements, and a record of the conversation and its time. We tell the merchant that their file will be presented to one broker at a time and that they can ask to be removed at any time.
A merchant's file is shared only with the single member broker who currently holds it, under a signed agreement that forbids resale, sharing and use for any other purpose, and requires deletion when the file is closed. We never sell merchant files, seat applicant data or member data. We use service providers to run the exchange (hosting, database, email, e-signature) who process data on our instructions. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to enforce our agreements.
A merchant who asks not to be contacted is removed from the exchange permanently and placed on our internal do-not-call list, and every member holding their file is told to stop. Merchants may ask to see or delete their file by writing to privacy@mcaclosers.com.
Merchant files are kept for as long as needed to run the exchange and verify fundings, then deleted under our retention schedule. Member account and activity records are kept for the life of the seat and for a period afterwards for audit and dispute purposes. Seat requests that are declined are deleted within twelve months.
Every member account requires an authenticator app. Documents are stored privately, served only to the broker who holds the file, and watermarked with that broker's identity. Access is restricted by role and logged. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you we will tell you as the law requires.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to limit how it is used. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may exercise those rights by writing to privacy@mcaclosers.com. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
We will post any change here with a new date. Material changes affecting members are also sent to the seat owner's email.
