Every day we call business owners who want capital, check their bank statements, and hand each file to one broker. No lead fees. You pay 2 percent of what you fund. The brokers who fund the most get tomorrow’s files first.
Most of the paper in this market has been sold five times before it reaches you. We built the exchange so that cannot happen, and so the broker who does the work is the broker who gets the flow.
Every file was called by our team within 24 hours and the merchant agreed to be presented to one broker.
Taking a file starts a 48 hour clock. No update by then and it moves to the next seat in rank.
No seat fee, no file fee. The exchange earns 2 percent of each funded amount, including renewals for 12 months.
Your next batch opens when every file in the current one has a status. Marking status is your only duty besides closing.
Every Monday, seats are ranked on last week's paid commission per file received. Paper goes out top down.
Every seat starts at 20 files a day. Tiers step to 50, 100 and 200 on results, never on request.
We check UCC filings on every file at two and four weeks and call merchants. An unreported funding ends the seat.
Statements are watermarked to you. Every batch carries markers. A file found outside the exchange ends the seat.
Enrichment Capital, which operates the exchange, does not take files from it. Your agreement says so.
Monday's statement is paid by Friday. Unpaid, the seat is frozen. Two weeks unpaid, it is closed.
Our callers speak to the merchant, confirm the ask and the business, and get their agreement to be presented to one broker. That consent is timestamped and stored with the file.
Statements are screened for authenticity and graded A to D on deposits, position, NSFs and time in business. Doctored or incomplete files never enter the pool.
You see the business, state, industry, grade, position, deposit band and ask. Taking the file reveals the contact details and statements and starts your 48 hour clock.
You mark each step through to funded. We confirm fundings against UCC filings and merchant calls, and your Monday statement shows exactly what is owed and why.
Sample merchant, invented for this page. Take it, watch the clock start, mark a status. That is the whole workflow, and it is the only duty a seat has besides closing.
Every Monday at 6 a.m. Eastern the week is closed and every seat is ranked on paid commission per file received, so a shop that works 20 files well sits above one that burns 100. Ties go to submission rate, then contact rate, then clocks kept.
Pay on time, keep every file disposed, convert at or above the exchange median for two weeks running, and your tier steps up the following Monday.
Miss a payment, miss more than one clock in ten, or mark files faster than anyone could have called them, and your tier steps down.
An unreported funding, a leaked file, or two unpaid weeks closes the seat. Fees already earned remain due.
MCA Closers is operated by Enrichment Capital, LLC and run by its founder, Janardan Tomar. For years his teams supplied merchant files to brokers across the country and watched the same application get sold ten times, the merchant get ten calls, and nobody in the chain get measured on what happened next. The exchange is the fix: one broker per file, a ladder that rewards the brokers who actually fund, and a house that keeps its hands off the paper.
Enrichment Capital does not take files from the exchange. That rule is in every seat agreement, and it is the reason a broker can trust the ladder.
One broker holds a file at a time. While it is yours, nobody else can see the merchant's details. If you return it or your clock runs out, it goes to the next seat, never to two at once.
You owe nothing. You pay only on fundings. But the ladder ranks on paid per file, so a seat that funds nothing slides down, gets served last, and after the trial month is closed.
No. Enrichment Capital operates the exchange and does not take files from it. That is written into every seat agreement.
You report it in the portal with the funder and amount. We check UCC filings on every file at two and four weeks and call a sample of merchants. An unreported funding ends the seat.
Every Monday you get a statement of the previous week's fundings and the 2 percent due, with ACH details. It is due Friday. Unpaid, the seat is frozen; two weeks unpaid, it is closed.
From the moment you take a file you have 48 hours to mark a status. Once you are collecting papers it extends to 72. No status and the file returns to the pool for the next seat.
Mark it. A merchant who is not interested or does not qualify returns to the pool with your reason attached, so the next broker starts smarter. A merchant who asks not to be called is removed everywhere, permanently.
Every seat starts at 20 a day. Tiers step to 50, 100 and 200 on results: dispositions kept current, fundings reported, statements paid on time. Nobody buys a bigger tier.
We open seats in small groups so every file gets worked and every funding gets verified. Tell us about your shop. We read every request and reply within two business days, and if we cannot offer a seat now we will say so plainly.
