How it works

One file, start to finish.

  1. 01
The callWe call a business owner who wants capital.

Our callers confirm the business, the ask and the owner, and get the merchant's agreement to be presented to one broker. The consent is timestamped and kept with the file.

  2. 02
The gradeWe pre-qualify the merchant and grade the file.

Statement files are screened for authenticity and graded A to D on deposits, position, NSFs and time in business. Live transfers and web submissions carry the consent recording and the call notes. Every card shows its type. Doctored or thin files never reach a broker.

  3. 03
One brokerOne broker gets the file. Nobody else.

The file goes to the seat at the top of the ladder that wants this kind of paper. While that broker holds it, no one else can see the merchant's details.

  4. 04
The clockThe broker works it against a 48 hour clock.

Take the file, call the merchant, mark a status. No status in 48 hours and the file moves to the next seat. Every file gets worked or gets passed on.

  5. 05
The fundingIt funds. The broker keeps his commission. We take 2 percent.

The broker reports the funding with the funder and amount. We verify it against UCC filings and merchant calls. 2 percent of the funded amount is the exchange's whole fee.

  6. 06
The ladderMonday, the ladder re-ranks. Tomorrow's files follow it.

Seats are ranked on paid commission per file received. The brokers who fund and pay climb, get served first, and earn bigger daily ceilings. Nobody buys a place.

The grade on every card

What A, B, C and D mean.

Every file is a pre-qualified merchant. Today every file on the exchange is a statement file, graded from three months of statements before release; other file types will be announced on the desk when the first batch lands. The grade is on the card before you take the file, so you decide with your eyes open.

Try it

A file, the way a broker sees it.

Sample merchant, invented for this page. Take it, watch the clock start, mark a status. That is the whole workflow, and it is the only duty a seat has besides closing.
